USING SCALED GRAPH
BThe template SCALED GRAPH produces a graph of 10 horizontal by 20 I
Gvertical divisions, the axes of which are scaled and labeled. To use, C
Aenter the maximum and minimum values of the x (horizontal) and y I
G(vertical) axes at the top of the graph and press OA-K. The graph can F
Dthen be copied into the WP (left margin at 1.0, right margin at 0.5
inches).
DThe template allows for the labeling of the vertical and horizontal
axes.
<I have found it easier to plot the data points while in the ,
spreadsheet and then copying it to the WP.
EIf you have values greater than 10 on the x axis, the graph columns @
>can be opened or, alternatively, the layout can be changed to F
numerical, fixed, zero decimal places, to allow for proper labeling.
GIf you look at the template SCALED BOXGRAPH you will see a whole bunch G
Eof error messages, which are there deliberately. Scale the graph as H
Fabove and then put the number 11111 in the boxes corresponding to the H
data points and press OA-K again. The result will look something like:

FTransfer the graph to the WP and use OA-R to replace the word "ERROR" I
Gwith five dashes and the five ones (11111) with XXXXX. Finally, remove F
the dashes by replacing them with spaces. This gives the following:
V 1.0 XXXXX ?
e XXXXX ?
r .9 XXXXX ?
t XXXXX ?
i .8 XXXXX ?
c XXXXX ?
a .7 XXXXXXXXXX ?
